And, says הרב מרדכי Willig, שליט״א, based on the מנחת חינוך, the מחבר, the רמב״ם and other מקורת, that we have a חיוב מדאורייתא to get this vaccine!!

I think the general thrust was to consult with your doctor but for the vast Majority there is a chiyuv to take it
